  1. i’ve been doing this for 3 days now. i’ll write how it goes each day. btw the first three days are all going to be on the first day i do this since i didn’t before.

    day 1: first day, hurt quite a bit. i couldn’t do the crunches properly but i tried

    day 2: did a little extra scissor kicks and bicycle kicks. still hurt a little but not as much

    day 3: tried planking for 5 extra seconds. it felt the slightest bit easier but still was difficult

    btw this video is so good thanks for making it
