  4. I don't know if you'll see this comment, but I have a question. If I do 150 donkey kicks each leg, 75 fire hydrants each leg, and 100 bridges, will that be good to see some results? I do them 5 times a week. And Well I never feel sore after workout, I just received my new cheap bands. I tried them and maybe I just don't know how to use them or they are bad since they roll no matter where I put them, I wasn't able to do donkey kicks with them. They are 100% silica gel, and I bought them on Romwe/Shein. I also don't think they are so hard (like I don't feel I have to put lots of effort even though I've only tried them once). I want your opinion, I'm new in working out, and of course I want bigger glutes! Hope you can give me some advice.♥️♥️

  5. I can't do weights, I can't do jumps, (broken perone &torn ligaments at the ankle, and lower back's dics problems), but I can do some glutes, and some abs, and I need this so bad to improve some of those issues, that I'm very thankful for this explanations at home (begginers, no equipment)
