flax are bad for you ,,, im still testing it but the 4 only good fats would be alge flax chia and leafy greens,,, but lately when i excercise thinking i need anty inflamatory chia flax,, it seems to give me inflamations,, all my doctors seems to encourage those tho,, so i tend not to want to say what i just did,, but same time personal experience,,,

I really like this! You should make this into a series if you have the time. If anyone’s looking for something similar to this, check out Peaceful Cuisine. He’s a vegan food channel and has a no music cooking video series, which he doesn’t label as ASMR, but it’s just as relaxing as this.
Now that’s its summer, I don’t eat until around 7. I go to sleep at 6am and wake up at 6pm. Then I lay in bed for 5 mins until going back to sleep then get up 30min later because I have to pee😪. After peeing I go back to sleep until 7. This is when I go get a bad of chips or some left overs.

I really like this! You should make this into a series if you have the time. If anyone’s looking for something similar to this, check out Peaceful Cuisine. He’s a vegan food channel and has a no music cooking video series, which he doesn’t label as ASMR, but it’s just as relaxing as this.
Now that’s its summer, I don’t eat until around 7. I go to sleep at 6am and wake up at 6pm. Then I lay in bed for 5 mins until going back to sleep then get up 30min later because I have to pee😪. After peeing I go back to sleep until 7. This is when I go get a bad of chips or some left overs.
There you have it. A summer day for a rising 8th grader.
