  2. I’ve been seeing massive gains in my hamstrings and quads but nothing in my glutes. I just never felt anything being worked in my glutes (I also never warmed up before a heavy lifting session…)
    Just did this as my warmup and my ass is on fire 😂

  4. I loved the glute activation! I did it earlier today and I enjoyed it a lot! It wasn't too intense, but it was a great activation.
    However, am I the only one who get cramps when doing booty lifts/frog kicks (or whatever you call them)? Even if I've warmed up, my thighs start cramping and I have no idea why… If anyone has any advice, I'd really appreciate it! :))

Just because you dont feel a muscle work does not mean its not working, for example some can do 30 reps of dumbell curls with ultra stricked form and really slow negetives and your arms will be burning like crazy, but you could do 5 chin ups to failure and the muscle may get more activation but the muscles dont have any sensation. I used to think feel/burn = results but its not always the case.

  6. Yassss Morgan!! I did this at the end of my weight stuff and yes, i felt it lol my brazilian 101cm butt loved🤣 question thou: i had a really short motion on the last series, is it normal or is it cause a i need to work on my lower back streinght a lil more? U're killing it!! Lots of love❤😘💪
