  1. yup, for that sspot, you do need what we called the modified rotational break. Mr. Miagi style. A little lower, and you need to start finding the exact amount of chin tilt (down or up) prior to a sideways S shaped traction wave break. I hate to say it, but you really don't wanna eff around with this stuff unles you know exactly where the bones are when you get started. I mean, exactly.

  2. @John Gibbons Hi is this safe to do even if the person has c1-c2 instability or ligament damage/laxitiy, I have pretty bad neck pain. Have found a well trained and experienced chiropractor near me a little scared about getting my neck adjusted tho

  3. I would keep practicing this but I am getting sick of burying shallow graves all the time. There has to be an easier way! In all seriousness this terrified me and gives an erection at the same time. I am not weird… you are. STOP STARING AT ME PIGEON!

  4. Hi Jhon ,with a patient that you just treated in this video with a stuff neck to say ,would it help to apply some soft tissue&mobilisation techniques on the suboccipital, sternocleidomastoid mastoid, levator scapular/traps prior to adjustment , so that it may encourage a better response from the application applied ? Please do share your thoughts, kind regards.

  5. My neck was fucked for 3 years after this shit. Tons of crunching and snapping. Never let anyone work on your neck. Get a massage fuck chiropractic.

  6. I'm glad this is a real reaction to having extreme pain and being stuck and stuff. I hate all that laughing after and the chiropractor acting like they were in all this pain. I'm the same way as her.
