  4. Ugh I miss going to the gym so much. Over here trying to make work out equipment using resistance bands and parts of my hoover lol.

    Monday-Sumo deadlifts,hip thrust,single leg deadlift,back/glute extension,single leg hip thrust,
    Tuesday-shoulder press,bent over reverse fly,bicep curl,cable pulldown,bent over barbell row,tricep pulldown,weighted side twist,side plank twist,weighted crunch,hip rase with twist,leg raises,single leg raises.
    Wednesday- goblet squats,deadlift with dumbell,split lunges with dumbell,side lunges,goodmornings,frog pumps,lying glute extension,stairmaster holding weights.
    Thursday- front squats,quad extensions, weighted step up,squat jack, forward lunge,calf raise
    Friday- kettlebell swings,walking lunges,seated low row,single arm tricep pulldown,elbow to hand plank,in and out crunches,chest press,jump rope for 2 min
