  1. I need to eat a lot for breakfast, so I'm all about that volume ^^'
    I usually make a bowl of salad (lettuce, yellow pepper, cherry tomatoes,cucumber is what I usually have and go for) and I serve it with an omelette-ish dish :
    1 egg
    2 tbsp greek yoghurt or skyr
    2 tbsp oat bran
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    Salt & pepper to taste
    Mix, pour on pan (low heat), flip when even the top doesn't look liquidy
    Put toppings on half (while still on pan) – I go for either low fat cheese or light mozzarella, and on top of that high meat content poultry ham
    Close with other half, press it ,flip press so that the cheese melts and serve with the salad 🙂
    I serve it in separate bowl&plate combo
