  2. Day 01:done…..i did tis nd cardio of fitness blender nd i did boxing
    Day 02:done…. I was kinda sore so i didn't do cardio exercise bt i did boxing
    Day 03:done…… I did tis along wid workout 4d full body fat
    Day 04: done…. i was feeling lil lazy today so i did only tis workout…. Nothing else in side
    Day 05:rest day…. Damn bc
    Day 06:done

  4. It’s been 5 years since I’ve found it and I still love this workout!! This is actually how I first “met” Rebecca Louise 🙂 She is so wonderful and motivating. I do different workouts of hers and despite never being skinny (I am just not designed for it :)) I feel stronger and healthier and can do exercises and things lots of people who are thinner than I am can’t do.

    day 5: I’m slowly getting more sore probably cause I’m starting to do it with a waist trainer on yesterday wasnt as hard as today .

    day 6: I was abt to skip today cause I’m rlly bloated but then I got this imagine on my head that I wouldn’t look bomb in a bikini so I did it 😧😧.

  6. Really nice workout, I love how dynamic she is, and most importantly: her videos are the only ones I manage to follow on a regular basis, 2-3x/week! Been doing this one and the arm workout for a good couple of months now and definitely feeling and seeing a difference!

  7. I did this agessss back once and it worked for me and then i decided to stop.
    I decided to do this exercise again last year and AGAIN it worked for me. Even though i eventually stopped i still have ab lines.
    Now im starting again to get into shape and for some reason i always find myself coming back to this video because it LEGIT helps me in such a short amount of time 🥰🥰🥰

    -waist: 79 cm
    im gonna do this for 14 days
    day one: DONE! i struggled a little but it was fine
    Day two : DONE! a bit better today, felt the burn Rebecca
    day three: DONE!
    day four:DONE! tired
    day five:DONE! felt stronger today
