  1. The only problem is many of us have gotten the flab by being inactive from injury, surgery or chronic illness. I have severe Fibromyalgia and would love to see an adaptation of this for those of us who want to get rid of the flab in a way that is possible for myself and others in this position.

  2. 6:05 I also picked up 5 kg in my 5 day without out knowing to my trainer ,but after a few steps it started pain say he said in shoulder
