  1. I have a question – I'm trying to lose weight so I do cardio than use the machines afterwards – Can I do this even though I'm trying to lose weight or should I lose weight than do weights?

  2. Thank you coach fantastic workout please we can increase weight you are increase it thank you ๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ”ฅ

  3. Hannรค, amazing video! Tha k you for these wonderful ideas the one thing that i would say is that it could be immensely helpful to your viewers if you could film yourself getting into these positions as they are very awkward and outside the norm … For example how to line up the beach properly with the smith machine for narrow hip thrusts…

Amazing stuff ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ˜Š Keep doing you badass sexy woman ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

  4. 1:35 – Smith machine kicks although they seem awesome would be hard to do unless you go to the gym with a workout partner which i never do and that movement looks like it goes against how the body is meant to move and could cause serious i jury to lower back.

But other than that it is super creative and i want to try it as soon as I'm at the gym with one of my dudes

  5. Hanna, do you recommend these movements as opposed to more comprehensive movements such as dead lifts or full squats or reverse lunges for example …? I mean … Comprehensive movements are more efficient and activate more muscle portions of your body not to mention to cut down on gym time… Just wanted to know your thoughts .

  6. I always thought to get the workout in your glutes with hip thrusts, you needed to have your knees above your ankles otherwise your working either your quads or hammies. I want to do this smith machine variation for hip thrusts, but is it targeting your glutes with your feet so far back and close to eachother and butt with knees far over toes? I want to try just wondering if it targets your glutes as well as a traditional thrust.

  7. Something a lot of men don't know is that women like built glutes on men too! And they add power to a lot of movements, even some prominent MMA fighters train their glutes. Well-trained glutes are aesthetically pleasing on basically anyone, and athletically it's a crucial muscle group for tons of things. Whatever your motivations, you should train your glutes. I'm doing single-legged hip-thrusts for it (even without weight I can feel it).
