  2. I popped my knee out of place a few months ago and it took me a while to recover but I didn’t do my exercises for my knee as much like I should have and then recently i sprained it and I can’t straighten it all the way without tightness and pain so I’m here

  3. I think my knees are either weak or have a medical condition, because they pain when doing bridges or squats, or when walking/cycling a lot(doing the last two is of the strain of course)

  6. I had a hip to knee replacement due to bone cancer, and 9 months ago, my second knee replacement and a tibia replacement as well. My quads are extremely weak due to the cancer being in a 3rd of my quads and having to get that removed. Hopefully this works.
