Doing this for 2 months Day 1- Difficult, found myself shaking at first, made it about 30 seconds for all Day 2- (Just come back from football practice) I was so hyped up and I did them all for full time except the first one I CAN DO THIS Day 3- Was harder I am sore from the previous days, should’ve pushed a little bit harder
I love this video. I’ve been staying on it every morning and it just charges me up for my day! Haven’t gone into more than one round but I love it’s simplicity like the title says and it’s fun to combine it with Turkish get ups and other exercises for a quick and effective workout. Ok, I've been doing it for 1 month.I'm 42 old and it's the first time Ican see my abs. And it's really usefull for climbing, at first that was the point. Thanks !

exercise 1 sitting 5 min impossible exercise 1 full planche 5 min… I wish I could do high knee taps that fast. And I do it for a cooldown
