  3. Right now it's MAY and my goal is to have abs until June-July, I think I can do it because I already have SOME muscle so it won't be that hard. We all have different goals.. Let's all do this and rock this summer!!

  4. Chloe! Love what you do! Just a quick question about clicking hips. I'm not sure if I'm doing the movements wrong, but any workout where I have to raise my leg or bicycle crunches my hip clicks…

  5. i know i’m late to this but i’m gonna try it out! i’m gonna do this 2x a day and go based off what i see since i don’t have anything to measure with.
    day 1: ✔️ wasn’t able to do it 2x bc it was late and i have school but i’ll do it 3x tmr !

  6. Here I was thinking “thank goodness.. just one more workout for today and it’s just abs… easy day..” 10 minutes later, dripping sweat.. and I’m DYING…

    This is my third Chloe ting challenge. I’m 10+ pounds down and feeling amazing. Chloe really has gotten me back to a healthier life style and I can’t thank her enough.

  7. hi, once my leg is dropping near ground, my lower back is naturally engaged. and i cant seemed to use my abs to control. not sure if it's my curved back issue or core not strong enough.
