This might be a stupid question….but are your legs suppose to hurt while doing some of these? Mine hurt while doing the ones with the legs up in the air. I just want to make sure Iām not doing the exercise wrong.

I love this ab workout but I don't feel it in my abs š I don't know how to not strain my neck while doing it and it's a real inconvenience!!
