I fucked up my pelvis, arm and ribs, back in 2015 and I remember doing these excersises in physio therapy to this day my body suffers pain from Time to time, and I hardly do these excersises anymore, and for the past week, I haven't been able to stand or walk for a long period of time, and I don't have money for a chiropractor 😭😷 thank God for these videos.
