There is no sounds what's next exercise. It would be ok if it would at least show what's next because we see it for the first time and it can take us, viewers, longer than you, who know the sequence. Maybe there could be a small pause between exercises to regroup, because even you dont get it on time. It is hard to pause and play after almost each exercise , especially with yoga ball which need to be balanced. Reply What's with this workout?
