  1. Best channel ever. Question… when I do the bridge test, I notice my hamstrings do begin to cramp. However if I do the bridge test and I lift my toes off the floor, shifting my weight to my heels, it seems to reduce hamstring activation and I swear I can feel the glutes being more active. Am I making this up or am I onto something? Thanks!

  2. When you did the lunge test your knee was bent inward, you did this twice even when you had both dumbells on each side. I thought your leg/knee was supposed to be straight?
