Cut your rest time to 30 seconds to one minute so that your normal breathing just begins to return. And super set everything. Follow that and watch your T levels explode.
As a beginning strength trainer, would you consider this information to apply to me, a 42 year old male who has only dabbled in weight training in the past? Or would you say this info applies to someone who weight trains on the regular? AKA: experienced?
