  1. iam very cofused i cant start strenght training because i dont know what exercieses i shoud do or how many time i shoud train to strenght per week can you please recomend a book for me

  2. so is it good to do 5×5 of the same movement and 1 or 2 sets of 1 and then just do one set if oyu have energy of 20-30 reps of the same movement and train like this 4x a week do one light day you switch between one movement every week out of the golden 5

  3. Cut your rest time to 30 seconds to one minute so that your normal breathing just begins to return. And super set everything. Follow that and watch your T levels explode.

  4. As a beginning strength trainer, would you consider this information to apply to me, a 42 year old male who has only dabbled in weight training in the past? Or would you say this info applies to someone who weight trains on the regular? AKA: experienced?
