  1. On the way to the urologist so my husband can have his vasectomy. I’m scared for him. Can any men who has have a vasectomy confirm what I can do to care for him after. Also did it cause any emotional changes. He is the kindest man in the world. I read somewhere that vasectomy causes aggression in some men. I would hate for him to change.

  2. The feeling of ejaculation is not as good for me anymore since. I’ve only done it maybe 5-6 since procedure, so I thought it was just a first few times kind of thing. Nope, it doesn’t feel as good anymore. That’s just me tho. Your experience could be different

  3. I got mine back in 1985 when I was in my 20s. No regrets and that weeded out any ladies who's future plans included having kids which I didn't want to be tied down with. I wouldn't make a good parent.

  4. I deeply regret my vasectomy. The scars on the vas deferens are large and uncomfortable. After eight months, my scars still hurt after work. After ejaculating, I have extra testicle pain for at least two days.

  5. I am 9 months after vasectomy, I got the clearance about 3 months after the procedure and all good. Better actually as I don't worry about pregnancy, so sex is peace of mind with the same intensity as before (or higher) and semen comes out in high volumes like before.

Just a little discomfort/pain for about a week max, like you were kicked down there or someone squeezing them but nothing intense. Sometimes the pain returns for a day but again, nothing intense, I never took painkillers for that.

Although I had the professional semen analysis results, I was paranoid and got a few home tests kits to see with my own eyes. Gosh, I am so infertile…! Sex without worries! (well, if you have sex with a lot of women STDs are still a worry, but if the condom breaks no worries).

I don't have kids and I don't want any ever. In fact is more likely that the sky and earth will turn upside down than me wanting kids, at age of 45 it was difficult to convince one doctor that I definitely want the procedure. I had to go to another one and the second also found it strange that I don't want kids. HEY DOCTORS! We are not kids, especially at the age of 45 I know what I want, you state the facts as you have to and that's it, then you do what the customer/patient wants, don't be so narrow minded and traditional.

  6. vasectomies are a business just like any other business, the more the merrier, with that out-of-the-way, 90% of the doctors that perform vasectomies will never get one done on themselves, with these out of the way too, after a vasectomy, there are changes, if you’re familiar with the butterfly effect, even if we can butterfly moving, has an effect somewhere, who expects to get a second to me and that get changes? If you get a vasectomy, my advice, is to, do it because you want to, and not because of peer pressure, with these too out-of-the-way, I’m done!!!

  7. I’ve recently got on board the Semen Retention wagon for health and spiritual reasons and my concern was, will my vasectomy from 14 years ago have any negative consequences regarding my quest to retain my semen for health benefits. Still making sperm is good enough for me

  8. Lol, yeah, that testosterone myth is sounding funnier by the day.
Because I'm on day 4 of recovery with mine and I'd say the biggest downside is the strong urge to do the "DEED" before the recommended 7 days of rest lol 🤣

  9. I got a vasectomy 6 years ago and all of the sudden I noticed symptoms of low testosterone so I got tested and sure enough 188 ng which is very low, started doing research and reading what doctors from other countries had to say about vasectomy’s and most of them say that vasectomy’s do cause low testosterone along with a host of other problems. I can’t believe that my American doctor who was making money from my vasectomy lied about the safety of them.🙄

  10. This guy is lying to us all. I’m pretty sure he still has his sperm! Cancer are going through the roof. Have they been doing research to see if Vasectomies cause cancer?!? Where does the sperm go ? It goes back into ur system that will cause all kind of immune disorders. Health Care is all about $$$. Hospitals have become slaughter houses and doctors are untrustworthy. Do serious research before having this unnatural procedure done.

  11. Myth #3 is the most important when making this decision with your partner. From what I understand, not only is tubal ligation a more involved procedure, the recovery is also way worse…
