    Day 1: I was wheezing and grunting as I did this but I somehow managed . Just doing 1 set for starters to get used to it

    day 2: damn my abs hurt but i did it better

    day 3: abs hurt the entire fucking day but still finished it.

    Day3: at the morning it was 61.1 and at night it is 62.4 I think it is bec I drank lots of water so obv the weight of water in my body went up… (did the workout)
