I have a very basic silly question. What is the best time for workout? Like should it be done in empty stomach ? Half stomach ? How long should I wait before starting excersise after eating ?

Okay so…i forgot to give updates…but here I'm now to give it… well actually it worked for me I did this workout 2 times along with some cardio exercise. I reduced 1-1/12 inches. Idk how many days it took..becoz my diet was not good. I didn't workout some days. I didn't maintain my diet..etc.. but I gave my best. So…ya! That's it!

I love exercise because is my hobby so my advised to us all not to be so faster avoid any injury so take it o. once at a time because what ever you are building you will not get it in a day so check out and follow along

Hey Lena can we take a break after doing it for one day Becoz on the second day when I was trying to do the exercise my stomach was feeling like a stretchy and it was hurting also ๐ฃ๐ฃ๐ฅ
Update:- I am doing this exercise with Jennie's diet Day 1) 2x It was quick and good exercise … At first day my belly feel less bloated …โ๐ป fighting…. Day 2) Only 1 time so it was good .. I didn't see any change because I eat too much today (I did this exercise in evening) Day 3) done (I lost 2 cm from belly) Please give any tips if you want … Please remind me to update everyday ๐๐ป

I can see my 11 lines after a week doing this for once a day as you directed.but Leena I have a question , can I do it while my period time( I'm a 20 years old)? Plz reply soon , as you made me love working out and so I really don't want to stop because of my periods.

Is 736 calories good ? I crave junk foods but dont eat them and i eat little so i am not sure if these calories are enough

I must be doing something wrong because my thighs were burning more than my abs ๐ค
Day 1- I am trying my best but I do take a 5 sec break in between and tbh I do it for a little less amount of time
Day 2- I still take a 5 sec break in between and I still do a little less amount of time
Day 3- did it perfectly! I do have cramps in my foot and stomach tho
Day 4- I did not do all of it I felt horrible today lmao
Day 5- I had a bad week so I skipped a few weeks but Iโm back on track now!
