    I clicked on the link for the bands that you suggest. It takes me to Amazon where there are many many bands (brands) to choose from. How do I know which ones to choose? I haven’t had much luck purchasing through sports stores quality wise. And of course I didn’t know quality until I opened the package.

  5. Oh hey I have the same resistance bands! My physical therapist recommended these bands to me to help the bursitis in my hips, and these videos are really helping me. I can feel my glutes getting stronger!

  9. I'm working from home. almost working 11 hours a day. that's the only thing I'm doing. my buttocks all the way down to my ankle is in so much pain. is it from sitting down. I have computer desk job. also my neck and hang hurt.
