thank you for this great routine. i also wanted to ask you about the pillow/cushion. i was looking for something that suppots the neck and this looks useful for that? would you be kind enough to suggest what this pillow is called
Love your workouts. I clicked on the link for the bands that you suggest. It takes me to Amazon where there are many many bands (brands) to choose from. How do I know which ones to choose? I haven’t had much luck purchasing through sports stores quality wise. And of course I didn’t know quality until I opened the package. Thank you in advance.
The fourth one, called fire hydrant is really good for me. In my case, muscle balance is not good. But by trying this I can strenthen my muscle which is used for stability

Oh hey I have the same resistance bands! My physical therapist recommended these bands to me to help the bursitis in my hips, and these videos are really helping me. I can feel my glutes getting stronger!
Dr Jo, ive only found your channel, question is as there are so many streches full body etc which one do i choose to do? Im very stiff no exercise for 2 years put weight on with jointpain, hands knees shoulders neck and achilles tendonitis.. where do i start? Thank you.
