I have an old injury where I broke a rib many years ago and there's weakness there, rebroken it twice since. On second day of doing prone back extensions, bang! It went again 😭😂
I’m a female, 47 yrs old and I’ve had degenerative disc desease since I was 21. In my experience, after one back surgery and many physical therapies, I found that when my back goes out, the best treatment to get back to walking is to rest laying down on my most comfortable position for a few days (as if I just had back surgery). I try not to move because if I move and it hurts, I know I’m continuing to injure myself. While resting, I take ibuprofen to desínflate the injury. I try not to use ibuprofen on a regular basis to avoid kidney and liver injury. That’s why I only use ibuprofen when my back goes out, around every 6 months to a year. I only use ibuprofen for the first couple of days of injury. I use an ice pack on my back even if the ice pack hurts (it’s worth the result for me). I alternate with a heating pad (being careful not to burn myself), applying CBD ointment and Tiger Balm until the day that my back pain is at very minimum, as if it’s almost gone. As soon as I feel better, I can exercise to strengthen my core.
I had been going through low back pain whilst attempting to sleep during the night. I like to sleep on my side and this was tossing my hips out of position. I never experienced this sort of circumstance again after I discovered about this back discomfort guide named Kenzano Ayb (Go ogle it). Will no longer waking up many times during the night time with back discomfort.

Thank you for these exercises, I just started having lower back and butt pain ( it’s like it moves from lower back to butt pain )
I LOST 19LBS IN JUST ONE MONTH. I just followed diet and training plan from website called Agoge Diet.
doing these exercises hurts my back – especially those leg lifts where I am laying flat and lifting the legs.
