  3. I started doing these workouts three weeks ago, I never imagined I could do them (I mean, I take my breaks at moments), I struggle a lot but before there was no way I could handle it. I feel stronger. I really appreciate every workout video you put out here. I hope to come back here in a month and say I accomplished it all.

Well 4 days ago I tried one oof ur workouts and wowww, they kicked my ass, buttt right on the level that I needed, and so I was sore for 3 days and did this other workout of yours, because I rlly liked it, andddd wow yet again I feel soooo GOOD afterwards, and in the end I'm like: I THINK I JUST FOUND MY GIRL!! HAHAAHA don't even know u, but THANK YOUUU!! 🙂

  5. I've tried a few of your workouts. They are hard to do because I can do floor work, but I can not move up and down, up and down, from floor to standing, like you have in the workouts I've tried. I'd have to be on the floor for at least several minutes each time, then up for awhile. Do you have any more workouts that are like THIS one? I just did it and only had to modify a few things, take a few extra rest moments and water breaks. 🙂

  7. I don't like workouts that are more than 30 minutes, but I pushed myself to do this one. It was definitely tough, but I'm glad I did it. My legs ,booty and abs feel stronger. Even though I don't have toned muscle, I can last longer and feel stronger 💪
