Wow! Only 4O min but so much booty burn. Great session π
I usually love your glute workouts, but the first few superset exercises really felt like very heavy leg focus. I tried my ever best to 'activate' my glutes, but it was simply too much leg swinging and too little actual booty burning π

Perfect coaching technique, amazing description!
Ummm that broom stick technique reference at the end was worth the whole month of doing these workouts. I had lower back problems when ever I did deadlifts and now I know why! Thank you!

Always of for technique coaching, it truly helps keep yourself in check. It's so easy to lose form. I am working on those single leg bridges. I always feel out of alignment on those. Work in progress. Thanks Sydney for all you do!ππΎββοΈππΎπͺπΎππΎπ

I haven't been able to do these workouts recently because I joined a track team and have been busy with that, but I am sooo happy to get back to Sydney!!!
Loved this workout! Went by in the blink of an eye! The flute bridge at the end with the floating leg definitely challenged me!
