Ive been using a different device and it’s messing things up for me a bit trying to keep track of which workout is next for me. So far I’m loving the dirty 30 workouts. Can’t wait to keep going. I really felt the burn on the single leg glute Bridges..oh my gosh and the kettle bell swing too🤪🤪🤪…this workout was challenging but I got through it stronger 🥇🥇
I couldn't finish it (Just half time). 🙁 I felt tired. Maybe because of what I eat that day. :(. Love u Sydney! Much love from Buenos Aires, Argentina!
