  2. This too, was one of my favorite workouts as well. Haven’t been commenting much lately. Ive been using a different device and it’s messing things up for me a bit trying to keep track of which workout is next for me. So far I’m loving the dirty 30 workouts. Can’t wait to keep going.   3. I really felt the burn on the single leg glute Bridges..oh my gosh and the kettle bell swing too🤪🤪🤪…this workout was challenging but I got through it stronger 🥇🥇
