  2. I started my weight loss journey back in May. My starting weight was 172.8 pounds. I didn't want a "quick fix" or to lose weight fast. I wanted to get strong, work on my form and feel good. I weighed in yesterday and I've lost 15 pounds. I'm no where near what I want to look like but I've gotten stronger and lost fat because of these workouts.

    I'm a stay at home mom that works from home so I always get my workouts done during my son's nap time. I love how quick these are but I finish them sweating. Thank you Sydney for being apart of my weight loss journey.

  3. It is sometimes hard for me to feel I got a really good workout in each area when doing those that target two different areas, but I feel like I accomplished just that today! Sydney, I appreciate all your encouragement to keep upping the weights. I used my heaviest weights yet today and feel so strong!

  7. Great workout to jump right back into after a few days off! Man those glute bridges at the end…never felt the burn so intensely as today! And that's a win in my book!
