Hi Lilly! Thanks for the great video. When working my inner core throughout the day, do you suggest tensing (for a few seconds) and releasing (&repeat) as a way to build strength? Or tensing for longer periods instead?
I love this video! You gave a lot of good advice that I definitely need to start following haha. I would also love to see the video about what exercises you do within a week. I don't know if I should be doing an upper-body day and lower-body day, or if I should train specific body parts each day. Could you please explain how to divide up the trainings?? thanks Lilly ❤️

My theory is because I have chronic fatigue and chronic pain from the mixture of multiple sclerosis and fibromyalgia the fitter, stronger and lighter I am should in turn help with my fatigue and pain. They say exercise is great for my type of pain but I’m yet to see it working unfortunately, I may have a week or two where I can do exercises and feel ok and then I’m struggling so much for another few months and having to use crutches etc it’s a real battle but one I’m determined to find something that helps me rather than go through the pumping my body full of medication. I’m currently recovering from an MS relapse where I lost my speech 😞 it’s been tough and in turn all of my pain is well awful to be honest, my trouble is it’s nerve pain and even my clothes hurt my skin so a lot off mind over matter treatment but jeez it’s tough!! I do mediate every single day.
