I’m impressed with the level of difficulty that’s packed in these 30 minutes! I was sweating and it was definitely a struggle to get through the leg raises and chest press at the end. I just did the one, for the time being, but I love the presentation, the explanations and albeit taking it slowly, this is something of a challenge, especially as you can up it with the modifications and using heavier weights.
