  1. This is the first time I did this particular workout by you guys. I’m impressed with the level of difficulty that’s packed in these 30 minutes! I was sweating and it was definitely a struggle to get through the leg raises and chest press at the end. Thank you a Coach Kozak and Claudia!

  2. woohoo! thumb's up. I have post workout bad typing. I started HASfit about April or May 2020 and have been doing it every other day since then. I have lost a few pounds but I have lost many inches, down 2 sizes. Not to mention how darn strong I am!

    There’s more though 🙁 I feel considerably stronger wrt to my lower body, but I can’t help but get frustrated with how weak my arms are and how much I suck at push ups and any kind of upper body resistance training.

    My destructive habit is that I usually only enjoy something when I know I am not an utter disappointment in it. Anybody relate with it and have any tips?

I can't remember if I've told you guys or not, but I sure appreciate you working out and sweating with me with real weights instead of little 5-pounders so you can look like you're getting through it all and still being able to talk. 😆 You are real people doing a real workout just like me, and it is really encouraging.

  5. Just discovered your channel browsing for new workouts to beat my workout plateau. I just did the one, for the time being, but I love the presentation, the explanations and albeit taking it slowly, this is something of a challenge, especially as you can up it with the modifications and using heavier weights. Great and thank you! Will sure become an aficionada!
