Great work-out, but with more than 12 ads (most that were longer than 1 minute which meant I had to jump off my mat to press "Skip Ad"), I found this really disrupted the flow of the workout. I've watched several other GymRa classes and they didn't have this number of ads and they were less than 15 seconds each.
Omg you are soo strong doing this l cant do one properly but l am trying though 1 month not able to finish 50%of the workout ( 3 month later finaly l am able to do all the workout by the way l got a little abs yayyyy)
