  1. This was so hard!! But I can do hard things! Proud I pushed through. I’m getting better at forward lunges. For some reason I could never get them and would literally fall over so I think the stabilization moves the past couple weeks have helped me! Started this late but still going strong!

  3. Day 17 complete! Kicked this workout right in the glutes! 💪 I love leg day! It burns but in the best way! I may have spilled a lot of soup but I did not drop the bowl 😂 Day 18, be nice to my legs! Lol
