  3. OK! WE DID IT! first try and finished it all even the "stretching part". One the warm up is not that bad for us, two that was really insane and like one persona said im not sure if my body is sweating or crying. Really though why didnt we strech legs more at then end! We are wishing you and ourself good luck for walking up the next set of stares in our lives.

  4. I managed to finish this workout. As a beginer can i continue this. Pls reply. My weight is 70kgs. And the comment second is the bestest i have ever read in my life. Laughed a lot lot lot.

  5. I can finish this workout, but I never even try to do full versions of high knees and jumping lunges, or I'll die. And I used to think I love cardio! My challenge is to do it all without prolonged breaks or modifications.
