  1. I LOVED THIS! This was actually really hard to perform at the start of my fitness journey, but I made it through the full workout for the first time and I feel so encouraged! 🙌

    Absolutely love how they have modifications for those who have sore knees or need low impact exercises. I definitely feel this workout days after but totally worth it! They're so cool and motivating to watch, I remember the days I used to eat junk food watching these to transferring to eating healthier and hitting the fitness mat too! 😀 😍

  2. First time doing this workout and I thought omg, they are going to kill me! At first I was like okay I will only do two rounds but I pushed through to the end. Funny enough, the fourth round felt the easiest, it's all mental you guys!!
