  3. Wow first time using a glute band. That is a big difference much harder than just using a dumbbell. I’m thankful for my sister, Barbie. I wish we lived close I hate that we are a state apart from each other. She is here right now and leaving tomorrow and my heart is so sad and broken. I don’t want her to go. I am thankful to her for sharing your channel Sydney without you both I wouldn’t have survived this last six months.
