  3. Never quitting on myself. Had a blast of a day here in Boston. Took my 2 boys for a huge bike and stroller push around the Charles Esplanade and visited Mama at work over in Cambridge. I love being a healthy living example to my boys! When we got home we went out for another round with our Dog around the neighborhood of Wellesley. We clocked some miles today but I still have to stay committed to your program so here I am. Crushed it. Thanks Coach SC for always inspiring us to be awesome 👍🏻🏋🏻‍♂️❤️🔥

  4. I am so grateful for Sydney this workout was incredible!!!! I hope people subscribe 50% of people who do her workouts aren’t subscribed that makes me so sad bc she gives us so much!!! The least we can do is subscribe! I want her to hit her 1 million goal and keep climbing bc she deserves it and so do all the people who haven’t found her yet!
