Such a good workout! Simple movements with more reps. Weights. A few combos to keep it spicy. No repeats. Short enough to do right before work when you didn't wake up early enough. And I'm still sweating. Perfect! 🤗🤗🤗
Man I was loving this workout but then the plank up downs gave me a wicked knot in my middle back on the right side and by the end I was in too much pain to twist :/ Is there anything we should know about form for doing those safely? I never want to do those up downs ever again that was horrible. I wish I could have finished this workout
This was a really great video! It had an awesome mix of harder and easier moves, and no jumping! I would say it's perfect for when you want to stay on your workout schedule, but are really sore and don't want to overdo it.
I found Anna`s workouts with the repetition of different short sets easier to follow along… Here with so many repetitions and just one set I had to pause several times and don`t feel accomplished…
