  2. This workout works!!! I've lost 14 lbs with doing this 2-3 times a week. Never more than 3. Even if you don't lose weight, this workout changes how your body looks. It has been a game changer for me! I do use the modified versions for the plank moves and it's still effective. This is a keeper ❤❤❤

  4. I really wish she wouldn't talk so much about "pain." Good exercise doesn't have to hurt. (In fact, this workout didn't hurt.) People in the fitness industry need to stop thinking of fitness as a war against the body. Exercise is not a punishment for eating.

  8. I’ve been doing a lot of dance workouts that include squats and lunges. However, I know I can’t only focus on cardio. I have to work on strengthening my body too. This is the first strength workout I’ve ever really done. This was hard but I finished it and feel great!😀
