Even if you don't lose weight, this workout changes how your body looks. It has been a game changer for me! I do use the modified versions for the plank moves and it's still effective. However, I know I can’t only focus on cardio. I have to work on strengthening my body too. This is the first strength workout I’ve ever really done.
