I haven't exercised once since COVID 19 because of fears I'll get infected. I already have chronic bronchitis. That plus COVID is not good at all. I have gained quite a bit of weight since lockdown in April 2020 and this video is pushing my body to its limit. I'll be sure to do these exercises everyday in the morning, and twice a day once my body is ready. Thank you.
I have had injuries to my spine and have to do low impact exercises…because I lose balance and have trouble with leg and back strength… but this video has helped me SO VERY MUCH! I am gaining strength, losing weight, and my balance is getting better too! Only been working out with it for about two weeks! And it is much easier than it was the first day! Faithfulness is important! I can feel real changed in my body, and I know that I will be graduating to more of his videos in just a few months. ❤️ thank you!
I've had to watch the video first to see if I can do it due to being overweight. Seeing other people's story's and results has given me a push to try it out . I've got the healthy eating in plan that I've been on but struggle with motivation as I work nights so hoping this workout will help me to achieve the results I want . I need to lose 4 stone (56lbs). If anyone is thinking of trying this workout, do so. I have previously trawled YouTube looking for good fat burning workouts; this one nails it. It amalgamates fat-burning moves into one video. It's not easy but give it a go as you will feel better for it. It works, but you have to put in the effort.

Personally, I don't like gyms. They are so crowded and I can't do my workout there. I decided to take bodyweight training plan from "Agoge Diet". Training plan is great and I can do it from home. They also give you diet plan which supports your fitness goals.
during quarantine, I was alone and depressed, and gain 100 pounds that year. I'm trying to be better. I've been having extreme anxiety about my health recently, and I'm making myself sick. So I'm making this comment to update and keep myself in check. I don't like comparing my weight (it's damaging for me) so I'm mainly just looking and going to see a difference.

How many calories do you burn with this workout, I just done my first one and I enjoyed it.
