Y’all, why the heck is no one updating 🤣🤣🤣 y’all just quit after the first week? I’m at 155pounds wanting to lose 20 pounds. I have been doing this for 4 days now and I have already lost 5 pounds, with intermittent fasting! I’m going on vacation in a week I’ll definitely update before I go!
You don't want to lose weight, you want to lose fat. By following stupid diet plans, I was primarily losing muscle mass. Oh god, how dumb I was? You only need correct diet and some kind of training, and the best thing is that you can find both (and much more) on website called Agoge Diet
