  1. Thank you both so much! You always provide safe and effective workouts that can train people at all levels. I appreciate the effort you all have put in to create these videos for us! Blessings to you both! – Sunshine, TX USA

  2. This is my favourite of the 30 minute beginner workouts. But every time I do the hollow body knee raise I injure myself and end up having to miss a couple of days. What would be a good substitute?

  3. Hello really enjoy your instruction video's. They are professional without being posh. I comfortable to do my exercises with you. I don't have a whole set of dumbles at home. So I'm wondering if you can make more instruction video's with resistance bands. I'm already promoting you among my friends. Greatings from Amsterdam.

  4. Great workout! I can't do the squats or lunges though because it hurts my bad knees, I just do something else or just do the arm part. Do you have any work outs with no squats or lunges? Thank you!

  5. Levelled up to this one today and wow i'll need practice but I had a great first run and the stretching felt really good. I feel proud now. Once again exercise has turned a not so great day around for me. Thanks Coach Kozak and Claudia!

  6. Is this a work out you can do every day? I know they say you shouldn't work the same muscles daily. I am trying to lose weight and gained muscle. Should I do this one day and choose another and alternate? What do you suggest?

  7. Thanks so much for your help. I have around 220lbs to lose and have found your workouts to be encouraging, effective and dare I say, fun. It’s true that I do see improvement every day, even if I can do one more of a particular exercise I am left feeling supported. Thanks!

  8. Im two points off having type 2 Diabetes so need to excerise more. I like this one for my weight training ive done 20 minutes next time will see if i can do the full workout thank you for doing what your doing x

  9. i love you guys. i enjoy your workouts and understand explaining the movements, but i feel like it really slows down momentum. Could maybe you make a index of the workouts?

  10. I've put on at least 30 pounds since I developed arthritis. I was a swimmer before, but the pain can be pretty disabling, and some days it was about all I could manage to walk ten feet across the room… Now that I've been diagnosed and started medication, I feel like I've gotten my life back, and I don't want to squander it… And, I do still need to increase my upper body strength for days that I need to use a cane, because I find my arms giving out after walking for a while, and it makes it hard for me to get places… Thanks for making these workouts. I'm having a low to moderate pain day (with intermittent difficulty walking), but with the easier modifications, I was still able to do most of them! I had kind of written off my future, figuring I'd probably be wheelchair-bound by thirty (I'm 20), either due to pain or just not being able to get proper exercise… But I feel like I proved something to myself by finishing this, even if my arms feel like spaghetti haha. Subscribed!

  11. I have watched other beginners workout and they were showing the moves fine… but somehow I felt lost. Now seeing this video I realized missing someone cheering me and courages me.. The other only had music on it. Thank you for this video. You two leading us very well. Subscribed!

  12. EXCELLENT WORKOUT. (Love the fact that there’s not too much loud talking which grates on the nerves after a bit) this guys voice is soothing and calm and both are doing a superb job. Thank you guys!!

  13. On lockdown for the 3rd week during the coronavirus, I am not new to your workouts, I love them! The only pushup I can do is against the wall! PLEASE, people, I beg you, STAY HOME and save lives.
