I'm 14 and is always known as the overweight person. Last time I checked i was 76kgs at my last doctor's appointment at the beginning of the year and I know I've gained a lot of weight because of lockdown so join me in my journey to being happier and healthier lol :).
13 лет буду писать результаты замеров каждую неделю на данный момент пропорции моего тела такие: вес – 48 кг талия – 70 см бедро – 50 см встретимся через неделю,а я побежала делать тренировку. 1 день – первые 10 упражнений прошли как по маслу. Остальные 20 тоже на легке сделала,посмотрим что будет завтра.Планирую еще потом немного сделать тренировку на ноги и руки,но это как получиться. 2 день – тренировка прошла на удивление быстро,хочу сделать ее еще вечером но если только брат не помешает. 3 день – сделала все. 4 день – снова сделала все без трудностей. 5 день – уже видно пресс,но из за того что я вечером срываюсь на еду думаю все не очень хорошо. 6 и 7 дни я не делала по состоянию здоровья. И вот сегодня я сделала замеры,и из за переедания мои результаты не очень положительные,в талии ушло 3 сантиметра в бедрах всего 2. На данный момент я вешу 47 килограмм,и думаю что если бы я не переедала результат был бы намного лучше. Параметры после первой недели Талия – 67 Бедро – 48 Вес всего – 47 кг Планирую похудеть на 4 кг,пожелайте мне удачи (。•̀ᴗ-)✧ 8 день – сделала другую тренировку. 9 день – собираюсь делать вечером,так как брат уйдет только тогда, надеюсь смогу ее сделать.
OMG!! I started this workout from 8th sept and now on 3rd oct every person around me has seen a change in me. Everyone is telling me that I get slim. And honestly I didn't do any type of diet. Though I am slim now. Previously my belly was 33.5 and now 32.5, and observe changes in thighs too. Just follow this whole video and you'll totally gonna see changes in yourself.
Thought I should probably leave a comment. Started doing this workout every day in May 2020. By August I had visible abs and had lost 10 lbs (from 147 to 137). This workout is so great and I can’t say thank you enough to Emi for giving me a workout that I could actually do for a sustained period of time… it helped to change my life. These days I do more intense workouts, but I still like to do this one when I don’t have much energy.

This workouts really work. My result surprised me and I'm so happy for myself. Keep going and don't give up. It's hard sometimes but after 2 weeks u will so how strong u had been
Day 1: I did 22 exercise because I don't have time Day 2:I did all the exercise results are great Day3:today I tried another 30 min workout by emi but I can't finish it I'm drenched in sweat

is it normal for your knees to pop while doing the frog squat? LOL Love this routine! Adding it to my faves now.

Do anyone feel headache after exercise, bcz I feel for two days when I do
the slow inner leg thigh lift is so hard is there is any other exercise for beginners
