  2. Did this yesterday and it is so fun! I love that you do such different exercises from other trainers’ glute mini band videos. It hurt in all the right places and I got a great cardio/HIIT sweat on. After that I finished up with 5 mins of ab work. Thanks, Daniel!

  3. Hello Daniel. I have just been told that my back problems are due to my glutes… Would this workout help not only to make them stronger,but to increase the % of muscle?
    Which of your glutes workouts would you recommend to reach this particular goal?
