Hello I just want to say I subscribe to your channel about a week and a half ago this year 2021, and I have to say that I am just in love with your channel I want to thank you so much for pushing us through the workout ,for giving us so much inspiration I canโt believe I worked out with you till the very end. As soon as we got to cool down I was sweating my legs ,hips and thighs let me know I put a lot in this workout. ๐. But it just felt so good. Quick question how can I continue doing this same workout right here maybe like three days out of the week?
