I was able to reduce everything except thigh fat… I started this work out since 1 week and I am enjoying it….i have a question… Can u plz tell me if I should repeat each exercise for 3 times or can do only 1 set of each exercise? Also, how many days a week I should do legs for better result? Please advice.

This was amazing. Last burpees was a killer. My legs r gone .
The most important thing is that she is never stopping even if she can't.
And by seeing her in the video,it motivates me so much to move forward.
