  2. I have been doing this for a while and I love it so much but I noticed that my thighs are more defined and no great change in my butt could it be I am doing some sets the wrong way ?

I was able to reduce everything except thigh fat… I started this work out since 1 week and I am enjoying it….i have a question… Can u plz tell me if I should repeat each exercise for 3 times or can do only 1 set of each exercise? Also, how many days a week I should do legs for better result? Please advice.
