OMG, ANNA!!! i did the ENTIRE 2 MINUTE WALL SIT!!!! 😳 i’m in shock!!! my legs were on fire🔥…i looked at the timer & only had 34 seconds left…i made myself breathe deep & told myself it was almost over ~ can’t believe i made it…but YES ✨i CAN because i’ve been working hard …thank you for your continued encouragement and fabulous workouts!! 🥵💞😆🤗😘💥

  2. Hey Anna I just wanted to ask you, your leg workouts are hardcore and that's amazing, but I was just wondering are they enough for me to get toned and big thigh muscles? ( A bit like yours) or do I have to hit the gym and use heavy weights?

  4. I ended up doing this workout with my new resistance band kit instead of dumbells. Still got a burning experience that made my butt jiggle! I think the toughest for me is the lunge pulses. Thank you so much for this Anna! Love your workouts!
