Hey Anna I just wanted to ask you, your leg workouts are hardcore and that's amazing, but I was just wondering are they enough for me to get toned and big thigh muscles? ( A bit like yours) or do I have to hit the gym and use heavy weights?
Holy sh*t, the 2 min wall sit was the first time I’ve ever felt that “good burn” that people talk about, that was amazing. Insane workout. This will be in my rotation from now on
I ended up doing this workout with my new resistance band kit instead of dumbells. Still got a burning experience that made my butt jiggle! I think the toughest for me is the lunge pulses. Thank you so much for this Anna! Love your workouts!
