  5. Love these strength exercises! I used dumbbells and a cable machine for this workout today. The cable machine I just use with an ankle strap for the kick-backs. I love being able to use heavier weights in these strength workouts a few times a week and the other days something more cardio based where I need to use lighter weight to keep up.
