  1. I like the excersise but it is too bad the sound is so pittiful. Can't watch. Consider using a microphone. YOur voice gets lost with the space the the music. Bring the voice forward.

  2. This was a great workout Conor. My glutes tend to get lazy through sitting and I develop tightness in the hamstrings and occasionally knee pain, Exercises like these not only cure but prevent. Keep them coming buddy!

  3. Late session for me today. Felt fit as a butchers dog through this. The bunny hops were agony at the end like, but I fought my way through and managed 43 hops. Cheers and have yourself a good weekend, brother βš”οΈπŸ”₯πŸ’ͺ🏻

  6. Thank you Conor! Nothing like a good leg workout. I added two dumbbells for most exercises. I think I'll do this again for my afternoon workout, as frankly, I'm struggling to get my arms to recover at the moment – they're just sore and feeling weaker all the time for the last week or two… I'm going to increase protein and rest my upper body a bit more – focus on core and legs for a few days.
