    I weight a bit less than 200 lbs and I'm 5'10.

  6. I am having a really hard time with keeping my balance and having my knees go all the way down during the lunges part. Any suggestions??

  7. I enjoyed doing this workout but had such bad lower back pain the next day! I'm now on day 2 of the back pain. Does this mean I was doing some of the exercises wrong? I was really trying to make sure my form was right especially with the squats.

  8. For those who aren’t into the whole HIIT training thing, I do each exercise 3 sets of 12 with breaks. It’s a bit more challenging, but nice if you like more traditional circuit.

  11. I have a question, the calorie count on the top left on the video, is the left calorie for the girl and the right is for the guy or is it just an estimated range your burning altogether depending on the weight you're using?

    I was recommended for my meso-endo body type, I needed yo do circuit workouts with strength training too. This is perfect!

  12. This video is awsome. I've been doing walking and some other exercises for three months and my waistline just had reduced 3 cm. I did this weight training every other day and today only after 10 days my waistline has reduced an extra 6 cm!! I couldn't belive the tape first. I feel awsome. My old trousers fit me now. So happy and wanted to share it with you and thank you for your great vide.

  13. No way can I get as low as I should in lunges due to knee replacements in both knees, bit I do find that I can do lunges better with weights. I believe it’s a balance thing and weights lower the center of gravity.
