Drink the rest during the day No need to warm it. One last cup of warm weatherbefore bed.

BREAKFAST SHAKE:

1 GREEN APPLE
1 Tsp Grounded CINNAMON
1 Cup ALMOND MILK

BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER:

MEATS: Fish, chicken, turkey
100 grams of PROTEIN +
2 CUPS OF GREENS OR VEGETABLES

Wheat bread

•In between meals if you get Hungry
eat Fruits nuts or Yogurt
