Thank you SOOOOO much I watch so many of your videos and they have helped me. So many fitness apps encourage these dangerous exercises and with no build up as in they just throw you in the deep end at your oen risk. As someone with cervical radiculopathy which is SO PAINFUL… PROTECT YOUR SPINE PEOPLE IT IS NOT WORTH THE PAIN ATTEMPTING EXERCISES THAT PUT SO MUCH PRESSURE ON THE SPINE AND NERVES OVER TIME BELIEVE ME INVEST IN GOOD ADVICE 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Is there a playlist of all these videos about 3 worst and exercise substitutes? I really loves the video about triceps and would love to watch all the videos that follow this format.
I am grade 1 sponde, I know I can't twist, bend, lift or reach but can you tell me is a FLOOR eliptical or bicycle PEDAL safe to use, is incumbent a better position to consider as well? Ur the expert, my osteo/PT's knows nothing!!
Hello Bob and Brad. Are cobra poses according to Stuart McGill bad for your lower back? What kind of traction exercises are according to McGill beneficial for someone with a bulging disc?

Getting to know Dr Stuart McGill's work is life changing. I have read his Back Mechanic book and I do the Big 3 exercises daily with daily walks. Having 3 bulging discs and one ruptured in lower back, I was depressed, knowledge I gained really got me hope in my recovery. I feel way better
Crunches are barbaric. Bird-dog and pelvic tilts helped me recover from both c-sections and diastasis recti. Start slow, good form, progress when ready. 👍

Russian twist one of my favorite about exercises didn't know I was hurting my spine the while time. Damn
